DISCLAIMER

Although we endeavor to present information and descriptions of a given quest as accurately as possible, it is the responsibility of participants to decide for themselves whether or not any quest organized by us is either suitable or appropriate for them in terms of the challenges and risks that may be encountered. By reserving a quest with us you will be deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions of service of which this Disclaimer is part.

 LIABILITY

BeoQuest, its owners or employees shall not be liable for any delay or default in providing the service included in the quest if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, Acts of God, Government restrictions, wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of our association or its directors and employees.

INSURANCE

Participating in quest has inherent risks attached to it and BeoQuest and its employees shall not be liable for any damages relating to loss of property or injury of any kind to any participant. It is the responsibility of each participant to take out travel and personal accident insurance cover. Therefore, you must be adequately insured against personal injury, medical expenses arising from accident or injury, property loss, theft or damage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All participants must agree to observe local laws and ensure that their conduct in no way puts at risk the welfare of any participant at an event or during a quest. Accepting confirmation of a booking and / orjoining a quest signifies agreement and therefore during a quest if your conduct is considered by the quest and/or event organizers to be detrimental to the welfare of other quest and/or event participants in the group, you may be asked to leave the quest and/or event without right to a refund. If for any reason you fail to arrive at the appointed time and place for any quest, we will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by you in joining the quest. No refund or compensation of any kind will be due to you or payable by us if you are unable or choose not to complete the quest.

PERSONAL INSURANCE

BeoQuest and employees shall not be liable for injury, damages, death, accident or delay to person or loss or damage to property due to negligence or default of any third party rendering any service included in the quest. You are responsible for any loss or damage to baggage or personal possession orany consequential loss there from. You are also responsible for the safekeeping of all your valuables.You must be adequately insured against personal injury, medical expenses arising from accident or injury, property loss, theft or damage.

COMPLAINTS

If you should have a complaint during the quest about your organizer or any matter related to the booked quest, you must report it immediately to our representative to enable us to help resolve matters. If you feel the matter is serious, you should also submit your complaint in writing to us either by post or by sending an email message using our Contact Us messaging service as soon as possible or within seven days from the date of your last day of the quest.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION

In case a participant booked a quest and does not show up at the agreed time and place to start the quest without any prior notice, BeoQuest is not obliged to make any kind of refund whatsoever. If the quest for a certain number of participants is booked and less participants than agreed upon participate in the quest BeoQuest is not obliged to make any kind of refund. The customer responsible for the booking or contact-person of the customer is obliged to pay the full price as agreed upon withBeoQuest. This includes costs for the quest as well as additional services and products agreed upon. The quest can be cancelled by BeoQuest in case of(severely) adverse weather conditions or other cataclysmic catastrophes. In each of these cases BeoQuest maintains the right to use its own discretion when deciding the appropriateness of the excursion conducted. BeoQuest reserves the right to decide if the weather conditions are appropriate to conduct the quest or not. In case the quest will be rescheduled no refund will be made whatsoever.
