Teamwork is the most important factor that contributes to the success of any business or any company. This is why we do not call this activity\u00a0team building<\/em>, since teams within each company already exist. This is\u00a0team bonding<\/em>\u00a0since quests build stronger relationships through teamwork, fun and mutually created memories.<\/p>\n

Bringing employees together to form a team will not be enough, letting the members of the team bond over mutual interests, hobbies and talking are what needs to be done. The team bonding quest takes them through the city where challenges, brain teasers and historical facts await. These kinds of tasks really encourage teams to engage with one another. In the end it is not just about visiting some attraction in Belgrade; it is also about solving a riddle while walking around it: and that is what triggers the conversation among the team members. As participants are on quest they\u2019ll see something new, discover fun facts and, or at least get a good laugh. Fun is an essential part and that is why we are emphasizing the fun factor.<\/p>\n
